We conducted a comprehensive settlement study in Jamnagar, Gujarat, focusing on the village's spatial layout and overall development. The study commenced with a walkthrough of the village, during which we engaged with local residents to gain valuable insights into their daily lives and community dynamics. Following this initial exploration, we were divided into specialized groups Village Plan, Landscape, Settlements, Economy, and Social Structure to delve deeper into various aspects of the village's physical and socio-economic fabric.

I was part of the group that studied the housing in the village. We selected a house owned by Jignesh Bhai and Hinal Bhen for our detailed analysis. The family runs a milk business and owns two cows, several buffaloes, and a field for storing hay. In addition to this, they also rear multiple sheep.
